Advertiser Rules
1. Provide Member Only Deal(s) - Businesses who wish to advertise on the forum must provide some type of special sale or deal that is available ONLY to members of the forum. This could be 10% off, free color matching screws, etc. You must have a proven track record of actually selling things at full price. For example, if you wish to offer our users 10% off, you must have actually sold buildings at full price in the recent past.
2. Default Manufacturer Sales Don’t Count - If you are a metal building dealer, and your manufacturer is running a 10% off sale on all structures, you are not allowed to count this as your required special deal. You must offer users something from your company.
These rules are in place to ensure our users are gaining something by participating here. You get free leads, they get lower prices. If you do not like this rule, this is not the place for you.
